- Keli will ask Mary to visit on November 17th. She will also ask about her honorarian fees

- Add your action plans to the googledocs page called Coaches Copy of Action by Monday @ the meeting

Continue conversation about workshop expectations, and look at the wiki from our brainstorming list last year
- Reminders before hand-ask them about hardware and software
- Communicate with the OIT team and particpants about your schedule
- Workshop begins @ 7:45, ends @ 3:30
- Let's be very deliberate and conscious about our actions at workshops and the positive -and negative- impacts on participant learning.
- We should all help all the people @ the workshops and then communicate with the coaches
- Keli will place the Coaches Menu on the WIKI
